Ovulation Induction

For gestation to be possible, the woman must release an ovule that joins a spermatozoid to produce an embryo. Therefore, ovulation is required to achieve a gestation.

Many women present menstrual irregularity, reducing the probability of a gestation for having fewer fertile cycles. Ovulation induction is a technique indicated specially for women with irregular ovulations in each cycle.

This technique consists of producing ovulation through the administration of an oral medication. Once the medication is started, a series of ultrasound controls is scheduled to prove the ovarian response. The objective is the growth of a follicle that matures to produce an egg.

And, finally, the patient will be indicated the perfect time to have sexual relationships and to have the maximum possibilities of achieving a pregnancy.
