Embryo transfer

After the embryo fertilization, they are periodically observed to determine which of them have a higher implantation potential. Upon their selection, the time is ready for their transfer, the step when the embryo is transferred from the incubator to the uterus of the future mother. The embryo transfer can occur from the second to the sixth culture days.

It is a simple outpatient process that does not require hospital admission. The couple is guided at all times by the medical and embryology teams.

This procedure is performed in the operating room but is completely painless. Therefore, no anesthesia is required.

It is performed with an abdominal ultrasound control, enabling the parents to follow visually the entire process. The embryo(s) will be deposited in the uterine cavity using a cannula in the best place possible to ensure the highest success rates.
